Frequently Asked Questions

The East Campus opened on August 15, 2022, which was the start of the 2022-2023 school year for both the East and the West Campus.

Yes, although the number of classes per age group varies each year, both campuses will have at least one full-time class for each age group.

The waitlist application is available on the admissions page of our website. If you would like to learn more, please schedule an information session phone call with a program director.

  • Once a family joins our waitlist and pays the fee, the child is added to the age-appropriate list based on their age as of Sept 1st of the current year.
  • The ONLY priority status we offer is to siblings of currently enrolled families.
    • As of January 1, 2022, we no longer offer a Circle C resident priority due to the growth of our Southwest area.
      • As an aside, we are independent from the Circle C Ranch Homeowners association (CCHOA).
      • The CDC is a private and independently run 501(c)3 school.
  • The Child Development Center school year runs from mid-August to the beginning of August of the following year.
    • Since we run on an actual school year and not continuous like most preschools do, the majority of our openings happen in August of each year.
    • Openings do occasionally become available throughout the school year and, when they do, we continue calling families from the waitlist to fill the spot.
    • The current school year began on August 15th, 2022.
  • Once a spot becomes available you will receive an email/phone call and will have 24 hours to respond and accept the spot.
  • You will remain on the waitlist until one of the following things happen:
    • A spot becomes available, and you accept.
    • A spot becomes available, and you decline.
      • If you decline the spot, you will be removed from the waitlist and would have to rejoin and pay the fee to be added back on.

The East Campus will continue to follow the mission and vision of The Child Development Center. Both campuses will continue with the same dynamic curriculum that we currently use.

Michelle Moran will remain the Executive Director over both campuses.

Our 2022-2023 school year tuition rates can be found on the admissions page of our website. Tuition rates are the same at both campuses.
