Our sock drive is almost over and we have collected about 121 pairs so far – thank you! As a reminder, we have been asked to focus on men’s and women’s socks this year. You can still drop off socks to the bin next to the front office through this Friday, October 26th. If each class collects ten pairs of socks, then we will reach our goal of 250 pairs of socks!
BRING JOY TO CANCER PATIENTS!
One of the (many) hard parts of cancer treatment is spending hours in infusion rooms-cold, sterile places where people receive chemotherapy.
Triumphant Warrior brings joy and conversation to the infusion room experience and beyond through the gift of fun socks that lift the spirits of everyone touched by cancer. Every cancer patient is a Triumphant Warrior!
Please join the CDC in helping us collect new socks for these Triumphant Warriors! We will be focusing on men’s and women’s socks this year and the goal is to raise 250 pairs of socks as a school. That equals about one pair of socks donated per child.
A bin is located near the front desk, so please drop your donation by Friday.
